What is a Crux?

The crux as it is often referred to in rock climbing is the term used to describe the most difficult part of the climb. A subjective reference for the difficulty of one move or a sequence of moves as whats hard for one may be easy for another. There is as much variety in our physiology and anatomy for rock climbing as there is variability in individual injuries and chronic pain.
